Double majors and major/minor combinations

Sociology major, criminal justice minor:
follow the requirements in the catalog



Criminal Justice major, Sociology minor:
in addition to the 42 credit CJ major, students must take 18 credits in sociology or anthropology. Only 6 of the 18 credits in sociology or anthropology may be in criminal justice courses.



Double Major: Sociology and Criminal Justice:

Note: A new worksheet for students double-majoring under the 2008 criminal justice requirements will be forthcoming shortly. The option described below applies only to students who enrolled at Rutgers-Camden before Fall 2008 and who are coming up under the previous set of requirements for their CJ major.

The double major for students graduating under the pre-2008 requirements is described below. However, the easiest way to understand where you stand is to access the new Double Major Worksheet that Dr. Meyer has prepared. Double majors should print out this worksheet and keep it current for advising purposes.
